💡 Specialist's opinion
While everyone desires an attractive nose, an artificial or over-operated appearance can feel unappealing. Describing a result as both refined and natural may sound like a contradiction, but it is indeed an achievable goal.
A genuinely beautiful nose must be in harmony with the overall proportions of the face. A tailored approach is necessary, taking into account every factor, including individual facial contour, skin condition, and soft tissue characteristics.
I will continue to strive to achieve natural, aesthetically pleasing results through this meticulous approach.
This was Dr. Peter C. Kang. Thank you.
Thank you.

Limitations and risks
When using donor rib cartilage, long-term follow-up is necessary because the grafted cartilage may resorb or warp.
When the septum is corrected at the same time, nasal obstruction may persist or recur, and in rare cases, septal perforation or changes in smell may occur.
Common potential risks include infection, bleeding, asymmetry, scarring, skin necrosis, and insufficient improvement; results vary depending on individual skin condition and previous surgical history.
