How is bulbous nose rhinoplasty performed?
To correct a low, flat glabella, a wide and bulbous nasal tip, a drooping tip, and nasal asymmetry, we planned and performed partial subcutaneous tissue removal, lower lateral cartilage suturing, robust tip projection, and dorsal bridge augmentation.
